  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons hung curd
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic powder
    (or finely chopped ginger & garlic)
  • ½ teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon doner kebab seasoning / kebab masala (Q powder)
  • Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • Butter paper (parchment paper)

How to Make Chicken Doner Kebab

  1. In a mixing bowl, add chicken, chopped onion, hung curd, salt, and all the spices.
  2. Add ginger-garlic and chopped coriander leaves.
  3. Mix everything very well until the mixture becomes sticky and well combined.
  4. Take a portion of the mixture and place it on a butter paper.
  5. Cover with another butter paper and gently press with your hand.
  6. Use a rolling pin to spread it into a thin, even layer.
  7. Carefully remove the top butter paper.
  8. Fold the butter paper with the chicken layer and place it in the air fryer basket.
  9. Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
  10. Open the paper, slice the kebab, and serve hot.

Oven Method:

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15–18 minutes or until fully cooked.
