Some days, you don’t want to cook.
Not because you don’t love food…
But because you’re tired, busy, or just don’t feel like standing in the kitchen.
That’s exactly how this series was born.
I started testing one pot meals in my air fryer—just adding rice, protein or vegetables, water, and letting it cook. No multiple pans. No complicated steps.
And honestly?
It worked better than I expected.
If you’re someone who wants easy, quick, and reliable meals, this guide is for you ❤️
